I’d actually recommend routing the ground to whichever screw hole is closest to the modchip. It’s also a good idea to use more wires for the 3.3V line as well. Putting everything back together Once I had soldered the modchip to the board, I could put the console back together.

I started by taping over all of the points I soldered to, including most of the modchip. Hi, It's little bit late, but in the image bellow you can find correct GH-52-51 diagram. I have tested it - it works. I think you have probably made bridge around SX point - it's hardest place for soldering on that board. Don't be affraid of of the 7701 number - mine was 7704, last digit is for the region code. To Bootlegninja: the diagram you provided is very dirrerent from GH-52-51, despite it's labeling.
