The DIRECTV installers were friendly, and Lyle had taken an interest in the installation process. Since we were both looking at job options, Lyle inquired about becoming a technician to install DIRECTV.
This began our journey down the path of satellite television. Lyle was hired and trained by a Home Service Provider and began installing DIRECTV. And because I can’t get enough of my husband, I took a job working as a dispatcher for the same company, and helped Lyle with installations on occasion. After two years, Lyle and I returned to Maryland. He worked with a company that had a contract to install DIRECTV in Baltimore and the surrounding counties. Lyle was dissatisfied with how business was being conducted, and left to work with a subcontractor in Pennsylvania, installing DIRECTV in York and Lancaster counties.
During that time, he received training and certification for two different satellite internet systems, HughesNet® and Exede® Internet, and began installing them as well. During his years working for others, Lyle became increasingly troubled by a corporate approach to service, noticing a trend of quantity versus quality. Nero 2015 free serial number. While performing quality control and assurance, he began to find that technicians were taking shortcuts to get in and out, which caused service calls and created customers who didn’t trust the product or the people. In time, the contracts came through and we established Fuller Cabling, Inc.
Satellite installation options. The Viasat satellite mini-dish is about 30 inches by 28 inches and can be mounted on the side of your home, the roof or on a secure pole mount. When these standard installation options don’t give you the best connection, a non-standard option may be recommended to ensure you receive the fastest satellite.
As the owner, I felt the need to expand my understanding of satellite systems. I already had a working knowledge of the DIRECTV installation process, but am now certified for Exede® Internet. When able, I go out in the field to help Lyle with installations. We couldn’t be happier! We do not employ high-pressure selling techniques. We have the freedom to schedule jobs at a customer-friendly pace.
